JANUARY 27th, 2017 REVIEW OF MOUNT CARMEL
The entire team was in full attendance. There was very minimal lateness - acceptable notice was given for the lateness as mitigating circumstances. This did not impact on the team as we carried on promptly with our task. The team opened the all-night service according to the scheduled time well prepared and organised.
We had no technical issues thus enabling the worship flow to be smooth sailing. The team availed themselves to be tremendously used by God to create an atmosphere of joy, high praises, jubilation, celebration and intense worship to God.
A powerful opening ministration for the year. We are looking forward to a greater manifestation of the presence of God this year.

JANUARY 28th, 2017 REVIEW OF IMPARTATION NIGHT
We encountered another 'worship full' atmosphere where the people of God expressed uninhibited worship and reverence towards their creator.
It is undoubtedly true that preparedness breeds great success. The team was again very well organised and prepared. There were a couple of people who were late but irrespective of that, we ushered the church into the presence of the Lord within the scheduled time and with excellence.
It was a service where God visited us with His presence during Bishop's ministration. We are grateful and give all glory to the Lord. Amen!

JANUARY 26th, 2015 REVIEW OF MOUNT CARMEL
All were in attendance but a few were late. Those who were late did notify promptly. There were a few constraints beyond their control. This enabled adjustments to be made quickly in the Praise and Worship slot.
The quality of the sound was poor and there were technical issues. Most of the microphones were not working hampering the harmonies. The sopranos (3) were affected the most as it appears that none of their microphones were working.
Despite the hitches, the team on stage exhibited a positive attitude camouflaging every flaw. This helped to create an atmosphere where the congregation could flow and engage in the worship experience.
It was also a good idea that the team leaders (Judah & Jeffrey) made the executive decision not to minister "Turning Around For Me". It was clear that the harmonies were not tight enough. The alternative ministration song was ministered powerfully - the lead was awesome and more especially harmonisation was brilliant.
Overall, the ministration on the night was good considering the limitations and technical challenges that we faced.
One important area that needs attention :
Some of the choir members were extremely lacking in sensitivity to the flow. Despite several prompters and beckoning to take position on the stage when Bishop was ministering under the unction, there was hesitation.
There was one signal from one member indicating a vocal challenge. The others simply failed to respond. This left the task to only a handful. A whole section of a harmony was missing at that time as none of that team came upstage.
It must never be the case that a member is beckoning for the team and no one responds. We must always be sensitive and alert as we are spiritual soldiers, ministering the word at any given time.

JANUARY 2015 REVIEW OF IMPARTATION NIGHT
All were in attendance but again, there were a few late. No apologies were given. The Praise and worship set was good. We all worked as a team. The attitude on stage was brilliant and harmonies were great.
Everyone worked cohesively.
We still must work on our sensitivity to the flow within a service so that we can be in synchrony with the minister at all times.

7th FEBRUARY 2015 REVIEW OF MORNING GLORY
As at the start of the programme, only Isaac, Keren, Jamal and LEJ were the members of the team who were present. The praise and worship had to begin as scheduled with this skeletal team. Isaac had to cover the drums because Nhyira had sought permission to be at school that morning to cover his academic work. Jeffrey arrived after a couple of songs.
Both worship leaders who were scheduled to lead that morning were not available. Areatha who had been drafted to cover for Joy (who was originally on rota for MG) alerted leadership very early that morning that there was a likelihood she would be late. At the last minute, she was required by her mother to take responsibility of her young (toddler) twin sisters. Areatha requested that her slot be covered in case she was late. Deac Becky, the lead for the first slot did not give any notification to alert the team.
With only Keren and LEJ as the vocalists, pastor Emmanuel Q-Eshun volunteered to join the team to assist. Adowa Asihene who was also available also promptly joined although she had not been at rehearsal on Thursday (she has requested time off due to her work schedule at present). With scanty vocal manpower, the praise and worship slot was not ultimately the best. It was not until later that a couple of team members turned up and joined whilst we were ministering.
Generally, the late attendance was terribly appalling. With the exception of those mentioned who obtained permission, the others did not communicate with the team. Prophet again expressed his concern of Passion's lack of momentum and sensitivity in flowing with his ministration.

February 6th 2014 - To Whom Much Is Given
Matt 7:16-20 Mat 7:16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? Mat 7:17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. Mat 7:18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. Mat 7:19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. Mat 7:20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. (Luke 12:48. "...For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more...")

February 13th 2014 - Our Fruit Shall Remain
John 15:16 Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you. (Joh_15:5 "...I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing Joh_15:8 Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples...") February 20th 2014 - Our Fruit Shall Remain
2 Peter 1:10 Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall: ("...1 John 4:4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world...")
